Our refund policy is quite simple.We will offer you 100% refund in the following cases:
1) We are not able to satisfactorily fix your issue at first instance and you want a refund.
2) Our support finds that you have hardware issues beyond our control.
You will still get a free diagnosis of your system and devices and our analysis of possible issues.
We will offer you partial refund in the following cases:
1) You want to cancel your subscription in between. There will be one time cancellation fees plus you will be charged $99.99 for every support requests that you have made till now.
2) You want to cancel your one time repair fees. There are no partial refunds in these cases. In extreme cases, we will be refunding you the difference of the amount you paid and our setup fees.
You need to drop us an email at email@example.com. You can also call us at our Toll FREE number and ask for refund department. We will get back to you in 2 business days maximum (excluding weekends).
Kindly note that we have a fixed procedure for refund, if you simply call us and follow that procedure we assure you of a fair transaction. We keep call recordings of all our transactions and authorization info with us. If for any reason you feel you need the authorization information let us know and we can provide that to you.

Our refund procedures, only allows us to refund to credit card/paypal that you used to pay us. Kindly don’t ask us for cheques or bank transfers.
*We don’t take any payments via cheques or bank transfers and we don’t offer any refunds via cheque or bank transfer. Please, don’t waste your valuable time on it as this option is not available with us.
The maximum refund that we offer is what we have charged. If your system has been repaired/opened by anyone other than us, we are not responsible for any damages or compensation.
