How to fix QuickBooks Error -6150,-1006
1: Exist out of your QuickBooks application and restart your computer first, Because most of the issues can be resolved by restarting windows machine.If still you are unable to open company file ! Press and hold windows key and then tap on letter R, Which would open a small command screen in the bottom corner by the name RUN. Type command MSCONFIG which will bring up System Configuration screen. Doesn’t matter whichever version of windows you are using this command would work for all. On this screen go to Boot and enable Safeboot along with network. This action asks you to restart your computer and also help you to enable safe mode in windows machine. This entire process can help you to isolate issue whether, it’s with Windows or with QuickBooks.
