In order to import transactions let me explain what all kind of transactions you can import into your QuickBooks application for Example you can import excel spreed sheet it’s not as easy but it’s possible, You can also import file likes “IIF files” these kind of files come from accounts like if you have any kind of payroll services would allow you to download IIF files version and If you use like Paypal can also be import over QuickBooks. The other types of files that you can import in you QuickBooks application are web content files these files are majorly specific to your back account. If you have bank which allow you to import you bank transitions still you can do that.It will download those web content files as they usually have .QBO extension. Now lets talk about how to Export any file out of QuickBooks go to report centre choose which ever file you wish to export out of QuickBooks.
Open report centre as it’s show in next image
From here choose which ever report you want to export and this will bring up your report. From the top menu inside report choose export and follow next image.
